  • On the Home Screen of the my Etisalat UAE App, click Update Now on the Main Dashboard  OR go to profile and Click Update my Emirates ID 
  • You reach a new screen. You can see the Button Continue With UAE Pass, click it 
  • Select the Account you want to update and click Agree and Continue. 
  • Again, Tap on the Continue with UAE Pass Button.
  • Accept the Authentication  Request on the UAE Pass App.
  • Click the option Allow Document sharing with the UAE Pass App.
  • Review your Details and add your mobile number and Email ID.
  • Agree to the Attestation of Identity and click Submit at the bottom.
  • Your Emirates ID Update  Request has been submitted and you will receive an SMS Response in 2 to 3 hours.

Note: Do this within 48 hours of buying/activating a new SIM.
